matching set of horses surrounded by longhorn cattle, bull riding, team
roping, barrel racing, and a calf scramble for the kids!
real chuck wagon demonstration is a unique show and a dessert you would
be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Just like in the cowboy days,
homemade cobbler is poured into cast iron Dutch ovens, lowered into and
covered by hot campfire coals, and baked to perfection. It doesn’t get
any fresher or more authentic than this!

The banquet is a
highlight of the convention as the bidding wars start for the latest
tools of the trade and unique gifts for your "honey.” You’ll also get a
chance to find out "Who’s Who” in the Beekeeping Industry with awards
going to this years’ Beekeeper of the Year and Friend of the Industry.

Welcome Reception Sponsor
Tuesday, January 7th, is the Annual Welcome Reception for convention
attendees and vendors. This is a great opportunity to promote your business
during a social event. Sponsorship levels are: Bronze: $500-999; Silver:
$1,000-1,499; Gold: $1,500+.

throughout the convention week
·Company name will be listed in the Convention Program booklet as a

·Sponsorships of $1,000 and above will receive added recognition on

The bigger your sponsorship the bigger your logo will be on signage and
will be first in list and verbal recognitions. If you would like to sponsor the

Convention Program Booklet
We will have a Convention Schedule Program Booklet and are offering advertising spots. This booklet will be inside every registration packet that attendees receive. The booklet will be in full color. Advertising rates and dimensions (W x H) are listed below. Deadline is December 1, 2013. Please fill out "form for desired size and pricing. **LIMITED SPACE IS AVAILABLE**

Convention Bag Inserts
Every year we hand out hundreds of registration packets to the convention attendees. They always look forward to extra information and goodies in their bags. You can have any inserts, brochures, pens, notepads, key chains, or anything else you would like to promote! You will need to provide the material you would like in the packet. This is a great way to advertise your business.
Donate to our Auction
We also have a Banquet and Auction on Friday night. Our members enjoy a nice dinner and have a lot of fun with the auction after! This would also be a great way to advertise your business. You could provide items from your company that beekeepers need or provide gift certificates for them to use.
