ers Association annual convention and trade show.

Our trade show is one of the largest beekeeping trade shows in the country and it's a highlight for the convention attendees to come and meet new companies and see new products.

This year the 46th annual convention will be held

January 6-10, 2015

Vendors will set up on January 6th. The official trade show is January 7th-9th.

Welcome Reception Sponsor

 Tuesday, January 7th, is the Annual Welcome Reception for convention attendees and vendors. This is a great opportunity to promote your business during a social event. Sponsorship levels are: Bronze: $500-999; Silver: $1,000-1,499; Gold: $1,500+.

·Company Logo on Welcome Reception Sign displayed at the reception and throughout the convention week

·Company name will be listed in the Convention Program booklet as a Welcome Reception Sponsor

·Sponsorships of $1,000 and above will receive added recognition on their name tags as a Welcome Reception Sponsor

The bigger your sponsorship the bigger your logo will be on signage and will be first in list and verbal recognitions. If you would like to sponsor the Welcome Reception please fill out form.

Convention Program Booklet  

We will have a Convention Schedule Program Booklet and are offering advertising spots. This booklet will be inside every registration packet that attendees receive. The booklet will be in full color. Advertising rates and dimensions (W x H) are listed below. Deadline is December 1, 2014. Please fill out "form for desired size and pricing. **LIMITED SPACE IS AVAILABLE**

·Full page  = $250.00

·Half page  = $150.00

·1/3 page  = $100.00

·1/4 page  = $75.00

Convention Bag Inserts  

Every year we hand out hundreds of registration packets to the convention attendees. They always look forward to extra information and goodies in their bags. You can have any inserts, brochures, pens, notepads, key chains, or anything else you would like to promote! You will need to provide the material you would like in the packet. This is a great way to advertise your business.  Please send all items directly to the hotel no more than 3 days prior to January 6, 2015.

Donate to our Auction  

We also have a Banquet and Auction on Friday night. Our members enjoy a nice dinner and have a lot of fun with the auction after! This would also be a great way to advertise your business. You could provide items from your company that beekeepers need or provide gift certificates for them to use. Please send all items directly to the hotel no more than 3 days prior to January 6, 2015.

If you would like to sponsor the Welcome Reception, please fill out the Vendor Application form and send check or payment information to the address provided, or you may send payment online 

All vendors who return their registration by November 15th, 2014 will be listed as coffee break sponsors (included in booth price).

Deadline for registration is December 1st, 2014.
